Returns and Exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number.
To start a return, you can contact us at stitched2seven4@outlook.com. Please note that return address will be given after contact is made regarding a return or exchange.
A number of our garments are of a limited run. Therefore, exchange for size may result in another fabric print to be selected. In this case you will be contacted directly to make the selection.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Postage
Our postage rates are set by Australia Post. The flat fee includes a handling fee that includes all packaging and labeling.
All times and dates given for the delivery of orders by Australia Post are estimates only. Delays are possible due to seasons, weather and human error.
Once your order is ready to ship you will receive an email with shipping information.
We do not ship internationally.
Our garments are not mass produced and are made lovingly by hand. This can cause delays in peak times. If your order is not completed in 14 days, you will be contacted via email.
